This bright guest room is calm and centrally located in a 70m2 flat. You are surrounded by art and a creative interior arrangement. The bathroom is of communal use and the kitchen can be used for coffee making or for breakfast preparation. Situated in the modern district of “Reuterkiez” where there’s a lot of bars, modelabels and art galleries. The picturesque "Landwehr"-canal is only at 50 meters of the apartment. In addition there are many cafes and restaurants as well as the well-known weekly market at Maybachufer. The well-known "Karneval of the cultures" and one of the two "Christopher Street Day" parades start only 5 minutes away. It is not far to Wiener Strasse, Oranienstrasse and Schlesische Strasse where there are many social outing possibilities (also gay area). During the day one can go shopping (young Berlin fashion for example). The already legendary "bath ship" is in the summer, where one can swim in the middle of the river Spree and experience the electronic music during the sunset. In the winter, there’s a sauna with a panoramic view. In the proximity of the guest room there are 2 U-Bahn lines, buses and nightbuses. The Alexanderplatz you reach for example in only approx. 15 minutes. There is a bike rental round the corner, too.---- Important: there is a cat living in the apartment.
