Accommodation

Advertising accommodation for rent on room-gallery is free of charge. If we successfully arrange a rental, we charge a commission of 15% (not including VAT) on the rental fee. See our note at the bottom left under Comission Calculation with Room-gallery.

In order to advertise rooms or apartments for rent via our internet portal,  it is necessary for you to register your personal details with us.

If up to now you had a user profile as a visitor, you will be automatically requested to register as soon as you go from the home page to "Offer a Room" and click on "Become a host" on the taskbar.

Now you are able to enter your personal details. Please note the compulsory fields, so that registration can be successfully completed. Click on "Register", then download the contract , fill it in and send it to our mailing address, or alternatively by fax (+493039833706) or PDF - document as an email attachment to us. To download the contract, you will need the Adobe Reader (http://get.adobe.com/reader/).

Once your contract has been received by post and checked, your access to the site will be activated to allow you to advertise rooms and apartments. We will let you know when this happens by e-mail. You will get a copy of your contract back by post.
