Wenn mann den Preis sieht, möchte man man meinen, dass es nichts besonderes ist. Hier wird man aber des Besseren belehrt. Ein sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber, der offensichtlich auf das Wohl seiner Gäste Wert legt. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Super Zimmer, super nette Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Dieses Zimmernagebot kann man wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Hier wird WOHLFÜHLEN und GASTFREUNDSCHAFT groß geschrieben :-)

Ich habe mich im Zimmer und allen zugönglichen Räumen wie Bad, Küche sehr wohlgefühlt. Für das Geld wurden viel Komfort und Freizügigkeit geboten. Alles war extrem sauber. Last not least: Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich und nett. Jörg Lüdke

Our gay-guestroom is located in the heart of berlin-city-center. The house is constructed in 1890 and we have a loft about 138 qm on second store with balcony. The room is closed to gay-area, shopping-area Wilmersdorfer Str. and Kurfürstendamm can arrived in a few minutes. Metro-Station U2 and U7 can arrive in about 2 Minutes. Bus-Stop for the airport-line to Tegel and Ku`damm is in the same street. Olympic-Stadium, Messe, Charlottenburger-Schloß and Zoo are nearly 10 minutes. The room was renovation end of 2005, all furniture’s are completely new, the room looks like south Asia style. 38 qm are just for you and the other rooms in the loft are open too. 1, 2 ,3 or 4 person are wellcome. The bed is 180x200 an we can give you an optionally second bed. The room has TV, Video and Stereo-Musicplayer. WLAN and Internetport are inside ! A small living-room in the corner of the room is very nice for your enjoyment. Bath with shower and guest-toilettes are in the loft. You can take the kitchen for your food…….! Breakfast is optionally.
